A little about
me
With a background that ranges from banking in the foreign exchange sector to project administration in the telecom industry, I currently focus on technical support—always striving to understand and solve issues from the user's point of view.
What I've always focused on is how to define a clear question. As a banker, I listened to customers and observed what is their real need. When changing to a project administrator, I looked into what's the possible problems of cell sites.
The difference between the position of banker and project administrator is have to face various backgrounds of users, but the same part is I step in users' shoes. To provide the service more than their expectation by standing in users' side.
How to connect different concepts is take them as unique and independent, and spend time finding out more solutions from users' perspective.
